Delivery & Return Policy

Delivery Days

• Within Kerala: 2-4 working days
• Outside Kerala: 3–5 working days
• Pre-book/Pre-order items: Dispatch days are mentioned on the respective product page
• Every order is shipped with a trusted courier partner and comes with a tracking number so you can follow your package easily.

Please note that during festive seasons and promotions, delivery times may be slightly longer than usual.

Return & Exchange

At Ruuh by the brand store, customer satisfaction matters to us. To keep things transparent, here's our return policy:

• Opening video required: A clear, unedited video of the package being opened is mandatory to raise any return request
• Damage-based returns only: Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product is received damaged, as shown in the opening video, within 2 days of delivery
• No returns for undamaged products: If the product is intact and free of damage, no return or exchange applies
• Processing: Once your return request is verified, next steps will be shared with you via email or WhatsApp.
